A popper developed and tested by Höwk to search for predators on the surface.

We call it a Mixed Popper because of its versatility and multiple ways of working it. With medium-speed retrieves and subtle wrist flicks, it delivers the splash and movement of a surface walker, but with an enhanced popping action that creates more splashes and vibrations.

By retrieving with jerks and erratic movements, it perfectly simulates a wounded fish or easy prey, producing an irresistible commotion that triggers aggressive surface strikes. With long jerks, the lure dives slightly, creating a bubble trail that attracts predators from a distance and provokes their attack instinct.

Its excellent casting performance is achieved through a precisely balanced weight distribution, allowing long and accurate casts even under challenging wind conditions.
