A rod I can fish all day

I've used it for surface trolling, some deeper trolling and occasional live bait fishing.

Its biggest strength for me is simply how pleasant it is to fish. The lightweight build and parabolic action make long sessions easy, and there's enough power when something more serious takes the bait.

Much more fun than my old trolling rod

My previous setup was powerful but completely stiff.

The Venice feels much more alive. You still have control, but you can actually feel the fish working through the blank. That's made trolling much more enjoyable for me.

Perfect for my light trolling

Using the lighter model and really enjoying it. Smooth action and enough reserve power when a better fish shows up.

Fishing should feel like this

What I like about the Venice is that everything doesn't have to be a battle.

The parabolic action lets you actually enjoy the fight. Had a beautiful day trolling with friends last summer and this rod just suited that kind of fishing perfectly.

Very nice parabolic action

The rod bends beautifully through the fight. Keeps steady pressure without making smaller fish feel boring.

A pleasure to troll with

Light, smooth and very comfortable. Exactly the kind of rod I enjoy using for long trolling sessions.
